How It Works

   Creator / Artist Integration

 

  • Music will be promoted on various “X” spaces.
    • Showcase music (IP verified, fully produced)
    • Retain 100% IP ownership
    • Listeners in the audience will volunteer to participate (only 5 slots available, 10% per slot, per beat or song)

 

  • Automation:
    • Wallet collection for each reserved participant
    • Track revenue allocations per beat or song

 

Each beat becomes an asset with pre-defined revenue participation, ready for community alignment and minting.

 

   Participant / Community Integration

 

  • Participants reserve slots on a beat or song (5 slots × 10%)
  • Verify wallets and agree to the Participation Agreement digitally
  • Track revenue in their wallet.

 

  • Automation:
    • Pre-mint slots recorded in CBR backend
    • Smart contract ready for deployment once all slots filled

 

   Smart Contract Enforcement

 

  • Auto-generate smart contract per beat or song with:
    • Creator wallet (50%)
    • 5 participant wallets (10% each)
  • Lock percentages and prevent changes after mint
  • Include secondary royalties, licensing revenue, and NFT sale revenue splits

 

  • Automation:
    • All revenue flows automatically to wallets
    • Metadata (BPM, genre, participation structure) attached to NFT

 

   NFT Minting Process 

 

  • Creator and Participants together decide:
    • Platform and Blockchain (Cryptocurrency)
    • The number of NFTs (1/1 or limited editions)
    • Mint price
    • Royalty percentages
    • Attached utilities (stems, licenses, exclusive content)

 

  • Only mint after participant slots filled

    • Smart contract enforces revenue distribution
    • NFT metadata includes participation info and rights summary
